Mehraveh Sharifinia to star in ‘At the Crossroads’

Mehraveh Sharifinia is scheduled to appear in new series ‘At the Crossroads’.

Directed by Behrang Tofighi, the series is to enjoy Sharifinia before the camera.

‘At the Crossroads’ is slated to be prepared for the Persian New Year holidays.

Hamid Goudarzi, Mitra Hajjar and Afsaneh Chehreh-Azad are among other names to appear in the series.

Born in 1981, Mehraveh Sharifinia made her film debut at the age of eight in Mohammad-Reza Honarmand’s 'Doll Thief' (1989).

She has so far appeared in movies such as 'Masoumeh' (1999), 'A Girl Named Tondar' (2000), 'Look at Me' (2000), 'Nightmare' (2008), 'The Outcasts 2' (2008), 'If it Rains' (2008), 'A Simple Romance' (2010), 'A Line of Truth' (2010), 'The Stories' (2011), and 'Story of My Father's Love' (2012).

She has also acted in series such as 'Imam Ali (AS)' (1995), 'Day of Regret' (2008), 'The Chef' (2009), 'Heart of Ice' (2010), 'Goodbye Child' (2012), and 'Kimia' (2015).

Sharifinia has won the Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role from the Film Critics & Writers Association for 'There’s Nothing Going on Behind the Door' in 2010 and Award for Best Actress in TV series for 'Goodbye Child’ from Image World Celebration in 2014.
